At Venora Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

— Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
— Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
— Items must have all original tags attached
— Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
— Items must not show any signs of wear, perfume, makeup or damage

The following items are not eligible for return:

— Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance promotion
— Items that have been worn, washed or altered
— Items returned after the 30-day return window
— Gift cards

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact us
Send an email to venora.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]" and include:
— Your full name
— Your order number
— The item(s) you wish to return
— The reason for your return

Step 2 — Receive your return instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days with your return instructions and return address.

Step 3 — Ship your item(s)
Carefully pack your item(s) and send them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4 — Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. REFUNDS

4.1 Approved refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

4.2 Refund amounts
— Full refund: issued for items returned in original condition within 30 days
— Partial refund: may be issued for items returned with minor signs of handling

4.3 Original shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Venora Collection error (wrong item sent, defective product).

5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please:

1. Return your original item following the return process above
2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest possible processing time for both your return and your new order.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at venora.info@gmail.com with:

— Your order number
— A description of the issue
— Photos of the defective or incorrect item

In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a free replacement at your choice.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

8. SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at venora.info@gmail.com. After this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case our standard return policy will apply.
